I only saw after the line but bad luck Mike, I picked Eau, was pleased seeing the first few fences...but always had a feeling for Absurde until the rain & then seeing him back off looking at the fence, I though nah. Ha.

Good for the race it at least hasn't rained today. How cool and calm did Galopin and Monkfish look in their boxes there, I'm so nervous and cold I've put my hat on!

What a lovely owner in Audrey Turley Galopin has..and as she knows how lucky is she to have such a beautiful horse.
I was straight onto worrying about Corach staying on but 'getting tired' finish tho re the GN.
Proud as I am it looked tough for him early and it's almost like having that chance of placing has given him more to do than they'd want.
